You may have to try a few things before you find what works best for you. For example, one of my clients first tried making phone calls to her customers from 6PM to 7PM. However, she soon discovered that this was an hour in the day that she enjoyed spending time with her 2 year old daughter and husband when he came home. So, she decided to make her phone calls during the day. But, this turned out not to work out well because, too often other things got in the way. So, she tried making her phone calls once she put her daughter to sleep at about 8PM every night. That proved to work out well for her. The key here is to: Find your own balance between your business and personal life.
