1. A Note From the Coach
1. A Note From the Coach In the next few issues of “Your Biz Tool Kit” I’m going to get very practical. I’m going to talk about a few ways that you can be more productive. It’s a New Year; so take on making some small changes that will help you reach your goals for 2008. So, keep reading and let’s talk about your email … Your Coach, Kimberly Anne 2. Feature Article: Do You Manage Your Email – Or Is It Managing You? Well, is it? Come on, be honest with yourself. You’re not sure? Well, ask yourself these seven questions: 1. Whenever you sit down to check your email do you spend more than ten minutes to do so? 2. Do you have more than 40 email messages in your inbox (read or unread)? 3. Do you keep email messages that you have read in your inbox, versus filing them in appropriate folders? 4. Are there times when you feel overwhelmed by your email messages, as if you just cannot keep up with all of them? 5. Do your have messages in your Sent folder? 6. Do you get more spam/junk email messages than you want to receive? 7. Do you ever feel like you have too many email messages you need to write and send to people? If you have answered “yes” to any of the above questions, then you’re not managing your email as best as you can. Now, I know that it is hard at times to admit to ourselves that we’re not in control of something in our lives, especially something so seemingly simple as email. But, think of it in terms of “you don’t know what you don’t know.” What I mean by that is, maybe there are some simple actions to implement that you do not know about. What if I told you there were 7 simple and easy actions to take that would enable you to manage your email much more effectively and efficiently? Interested? Well, there are. I recently wrote an e-book called “My Inbox Is Empty” specifically for that reason – to help people manage their email better. A copy of my e-book is yours – free. Simply go to the following link to get your copy: I’ve helped many people over the years obtain 100% control of their email by implementing my seven simple tips.
